Lemon Balm
What it is
A soft-leafed member of the mint family that smells like citrus when you brush past it in our garden — we harvest it before it flowers and work with it the same day.
Where it grows on the island
The lemon balm we use is grown on the Island Mist property and harvested before it flowers.
What it does for skin
Calms, brightens, and helps settle stressed skin that's gone blotchy or reactive.
