Nettle
What it is
The stinging plant everyone avoids and we grow on purpose — cut young in spring, when the leaves are richest in minerals, then dried until the sting is gone.
Where it grows on the island
The nettle we use is grown on the Island Mist property and harvested young in spring.
What it does for skin
Nourishes from the inside out with iron and chlorophyll, and helps calm reactive, itchy skin.
